Help fix my almond roca?

I didn't cook my almond roca long enough so it did not harden. Is there anything I can do to fix it?|||I think this batch is hopeless. However, I have had a lot of success with making peanut brittle and almond roca and almond bark in the microwave. The advantage is you don't have to worry about soft ball and hard ball stages, etc. Recipes are at allrecipes.com



What the hell, transfer your batch to a glass bowl and microwave for a couple of minutes, then spread on aluminum foil.
