Hello. I would be going to Barcelona in October. I have half day free before boarding my flight back home. Can anyone please suggest shopping areas near the airport? Also how far is the La Roca Village from the airport.|||La Roca Village is on the other side of the city from the airport. They say it takes 45 minutes to get there. I would double that if the traffic is heavy.
Why not go to Barcelona's best shopping mall. It is only about half an hour from the airport by taxi. (real time!)

There is also a Corte Ingles departmental store just up the road.
You will not find any bargains unless the sales are still on.
You could just take the airport bus into town, get off at Plaza Cataluna, turn right and go down Port d'l Angel street.
