I am going to NYC for ASB in april and wanted to know where can i find inexpensive urban clothes?

I will be volunteering all over the city during that week so location isn't a major concern. I just want to know where are the locations i can find nice urban clotthes like baby phat, roca wear, apple bottom thats not too expensive.
