Is Roca wear a publicly traded company?

I need to do a report on a publicly traded company and i was wondering if Roca Wear of Roca fella Records fell under that circumstance|||Roca Wear is owned by Iconix which is a publicly traded company

Once a shoemaker, Iconix Brand Group has stepped forward as a licensing and brand management company. Its company-owned consumer and home brands are licensed to third parties that make and sell apparel, footwear, and a variety of other fashion and home products. Consumer brands in the Iconix stable include Badgley Mischka, Danskin, Mossimo, Mudd, and Rocawear; among the company's home brands are Cannon, Fieldcrest, and Waverly. Along with licensing the brands, Iconix markets and promotes them through its in-house advertising and public relations services.

Roc Apparel Group spins some savvy sportswear. The apparel firm was founded by hip-hop artists and operates as Rocawear. It makes and licenses men's, women's, and children's apparel and accessories. Products are sold online and in Macy's, as well as other US retailers and specialty chains. Rocawear, which caters to hip-hop and urban crowds, is steered by music mogul, Def Jam executive, and creative director Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter. It has diversified and added bling to its portfolio when it teamed with Tiffany. Rocawear developed a line of luxury watches, jewelry, and accessories named Tiret, which are sold at showstopping prices. Brand firm Iconix bought the company in 2007.
