Are the sizing between Baby Phat and Roca Wear similar?

I am normally a size 7. I just bought a pair of Roca Wear jeans from the store, and since their sizing tends to run a little bit bigger I actually had to buy a size 3. I am planning on buying a pair of Baby Phat jeans online and therefore will not be able to try them on first. So I am wondering if anyone who wears both of these brands can tell me if there sizes run similar! thank a bunch!|||yes they are the same
